Where are you located? We are in on Historic Main Street in Denison Texas.
What is the capacity? Our guest limit is 90. During the COVID pandemic we follow the Texas Open Texas Guidelines.
How much is rental? It varies by the day. We offer a very popular weekend package from Friday 9am to Sunday at 3pm for only $1,000.00 See "Information" page for more details.
How much do I need to put down to hold my date? A signed contract and a $100.00 deposit will hold your date. This $100.00 is part of your rent. Balance is due 30 days prior to your event. Week day rental is $300.00.
Do you allow events other than weddings? Yes! We are a great space for all types of events. Business meetings, training, Reunions, parties of all types even dance and performing arts events!
What is included in the rental? We include 90 chairs, 14 conference style tables and 4 banquet tables. We have additional furnishing available for rent.
Do you require that we use a certain caterer (or other vendor) No, we are open vendor. You choose the catering, photography, music etc.
Your prices are very low. Why? Is there anything I should know about the space? Our goal is to offer a great venue for a very good value. We love being able to help you have an event without using most of your budget on the venue. We do not provide setup or teardown so that also helps us keep prices down. For a small event Venue with fabulous character we know we have the best prices in town.
What if I need to reschedule? We allow rescheduling if the date you need is available. That is no cost.
Do you allow Alcohol? If so, do we need to hire security? Alcohol is allowed, we do not require you to hire security. All local guidelines and laws must be followed as well as the obligations in your signed contract.
